Spotless and warm unit with a tasteful decor. Comfy bed, central heating and a TV, large room. Absolutely perfect and great location in a quiet industrial area, and 5 minute walk from Lewes Priory Park.

The rooms themselves were well-equipped and reasonably large with large bathroom. Location: the hotel was adjacent to restaurant, the beach and the outskirts of Madrid. It was feet from Asador Pizarro Gastrobar, where you can have lunch: D

We used this hotel only as a transit stop, due to close proximity to M50 ring road, and found it very clean,,comfortable and excellent value for money. The restaurant served a good fixed price `Menu del Dia in the evening We liked this hotel and would consider it as a possible choice for a longer visit to Madrid , l
Location good for access to Madrid and to M50 ring road, but being on an industrial estate, the rooms at the back of the hotel (of which ours was one) overlooked an industrial unit Even this however seems quite usual for budget hotels around Madrid and not as bad as some we have stayed at in this price range (Euro 35 - 45) Overall, still excellent value, but the hotel was slightly let down by the breakfasts, which seemed inadequate, even by comparison with other budget hotels in the Madrid area.

Pleasant reception staff. Good price includes WiFi and parking.
Restaurant was supposed to open at 8pm but grumpy staff wouldnt even show us a menu so we went elsewhere. Situated on a noisy road, next to an industrial site.

This hotel is a convenient stop-off outside the bustle of Madrid when on a long journey as we were from Southern Spain to the ferry at Bilbao
We stayed this time on a Sunday night and there were no restaurant facilities available after the Sunday lunch service after 4.30pm and no bar after about 6pm. Neither the hotel's website or Booked.net gave any indication of this. We had to go into the small town nearby to eat.
